Datrend provides service and calibration at four locations internationally.
In addition to Datrend labeled Infutest and Oxitest units, we also provide
service and calibration of Fluke/DNI labeled Infutest and Oxitest Units.
Datrend will support, as possible, our products for five years from the end
of manufacture date. View End of Service dates
Here. Every product sent in for calibration and/or service must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, obtained from Datrend Customer Service. Please call 1-800-667-6557 to obtain the address of the authorized service facility nearest you and obtain a RMA number. When you return an instrument to Datrend for service and/or calibration, we recommend shipment using the original shipping foam and box. If the original packing materials are not available, we recommend the following guide for repackaging: Use a double-walled carton of sufficient strength for the weight being shipped. Use heavy paper or cardboard to protect all instrument surfaces. Use non-abrasive material around all projecting parts. Use at least four inches of tightly packed, industrial-approved, shock absorbent material all around the instrument. Datrend Systems will not be responsible for lost shipments or instruments received in damaged condition due to improper packaging or handling. Calibration of Datrend Systems’ products is performed using specialized equipment and software found only at Datrend authorized service facilities. This equipment allows proper adjustment of the internal electronics of the instruments. Independent service centers may be able to perform a performance verification, however they will not be able to calibrate your Datrend product. We recommend calibration on an annual basis. (Sensitest, Model 10A and Model 20A do NOT require calibration) Please contract Datrend Customer Service at 1-800-667-6557 to obtain an RMA number.
