Main content

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs First Article, Incoming, and In-Process inspections of soldering and mechanical assemblies
  • Performs outgoing quality inspections of finished goods, as required
  • Notifies Manufacturing Engineer of quality concerns
  • Creates non-conformance reports
  • Performs related duties as required

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Able to interpret manufacturing documentation including drawings, procedures, jig drawings
  • Familiarity with inspection basics
  • Has a good understanding of ISO quality standards, RMA and rework protocols
  • Able to communicate and read effectively in English
  • Able to work with limited supervision as a member of a team
  • Capable of using measurement instrumentation, from calipers to multi-meters
  • Works well with people
  • Willingness to ask and learn in a continuous improvement environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Related electronics manufacturing experience and IPC training is an asset but not mandatory
